Terms of use

This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement") governs the relationship regarding the use of the service through a website on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the "Network") with the address https://todayrust.ru between (hereinafter referred to as the “System” - “Contractor”) and an adult individual (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

  1. 1. Subject of the User Agreement
    1. The Contractor offers the User the service on the terms and conditions that are the subject of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the UA). The User Agreement may be amended without any special notice.
  2. 2. Description of the service
    1. todayrust.ru is an automated interface for accepting voluntary donations using a web interface located only at https://todayrust.ru and on the accompanying pages.
    2. The service is provided to Users who have access to the Internet.
  3. 3. Entry into force of the User Agreement
    1. The User Agreement comes into force upon the User expressing consent to its terms in the form of the User clicking the “I accept the terms” button.
  4. 4. User Conduct
    1. The User understands and accepts that the Contractor bears no responsibility for actions related to the use of the service. The Contractor does not control the volumes of transfers of electronic units that occur using the service and does not guarantee their accuracy and completeness. The User understands that by using the service, the User acts at his own risk. Under no circumstances will the Contractor be liable for the actions of the User within the service.
    2. The User understands that access to the service, as well as the provision of any information, depends on a number of technical prerequisites that are partially outside the scope of activity and influence of the Contractor. If the service is unavailable, the Contractor bears no liability if this violation is caused by a reason that is outside the Contractor's area of responsibility. The behavior of the Contractor's partners in providing the service provided for by this User Agreement cannot be attributed to the Contractor in any way.
    3. The User undertakes not to place any advertisements of the Contractor without the consent of the Contractor.
  5. 5. General provisions on use
    1. The User acknowledges that the Contractor may impose restrictions on the use of the service. The Contractor shall not be liable for any delays, failures, incorrect or untimely processing of the User's transactions.
    2. The User acknowledges that the Contractor may change the rules and restrictions at any time, with or without prior notice.
    3. The User transfers to the Contractor, free of charge, monetary funds in the amount proposed by the Contractor.
    4. The Contractor does not take part in possible disagreements and disputes (including legal ones) between Users and Customers.
    5. The Contractor does not guarantee permanent or unconditional access to the service. The functioning of the service may be disrupted by force majeure and other factors, the prevention or overcoming of which is beyond the capabilities of the Contractor.
    6. No information or advice given by the Contractor can be considered as a guarantee, since they are consultations, but not a technical way of ensuring the provision of the service.
    7. The Contractor shall not be liable for the compatibility of the service with the User's data, programs, configurations and other hardware and software resources. In particular, the Contractor shall not bear any costs, payments, expenses incurred by the User for integration or failed integration of the service. Any liability for damages arising from the fact that a third party has illegally used the User's access is also excluded.
    8. The Contractor does not guarantee that the service will be provided without interruption or without errors. Under no circumstances will the Contractor be liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the User as a result of the use or inability to use the service; or incurred as a result of errors, omissions, interruptions in work, deletion of files, defects, delays in work or data transmission.
    9. The Contractor reserves the right to improve or modify the service at any time.
    10. A User who is not satisfied with the service, terms, rules, quality, its content or the practice of providing the service has the exclusive right of the User to stop using the service before the User clicks the “I accept the terms” button.
    11. If the Contractor has sufficient grounds to believe that the service is being used for illegal purposes, the User's access may be blocked.
    12. The User undertakes not to use the service for purposes that may cause direct or indirect damage to third parties. It is also prohibited to use the service for the purpose of inciting hatred or hostility, as well as to humiliate the dignity of a person or group of persons on the basis of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, attitude to religion, as well as belonging to any social group, calls for extremist activity and for other illegal purposes. In the event that such facts are established, the User's access may be blocked.
  6. 6. Termination of service
    1. The Contractor, without bearing legal liability and without compensating the User for any losses, has the right to unilaterally, through the website https://todayrust.ru, terminate the provision of the service to the User in the following cases:
    2. The Contractor has suspicions that the User is committing or has committed illegal actions using the service.
    3. The Contractor suspects or has discovered that the User has attempted, is, or has sent a large number of HTTP requests to the service.
    4. The Contractor has grounds to consider further cooperation with the User undesirable.
    5. The Contractor has reason to believe that further cooperation with the User is unworthy, inappropriate, damaging or even detrimental to the name or reputation of the Contractor.
    6. The User commits a legally punishable, unfair or unethical action against the Contractor or an action that affects the interests or reputation of the Contractor or third parties.
    7. The User in any way compromises the Contractor, or commits a humiliating, offensive or slanderous act towards the Contractor or its employees.
    8. The information provided by the User is inaccurate, or the Contractor has suspicions that such information is inaccurate.
    9. In case of using the service not for its intended purpose.
    10. In other cases provided for by this PS.
  7. 7. Duration and termination of the agreement
    1. The term of this PS begins from the moment the User applies to the service and ends at the moment of termination of the PS.
    2. The Contractor has the right to terminate relations with the User in the event of the latter’s violation of this User Agreement.
    3. The Contractor is not obliged to store the User's data after the termination of the Agreement with the User and the performance of actions using the service.
  8. 8. General information
    1. Unless otherwise provided by an additional agreement between the User and the Contractor, all claims, requests, questions, and any other correspondence must be sent to the Contractor by e-mail help@todayrust.ru
    2. The PS is a legally binding agreement between the User and the Contractor and regulates the User’s use of the service.
    3. The recognition by a court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable shall not entail the invalidity or unenforceability of other provisions of the Agreement.
    4. Inaction on the part of the Contractor in the event of a violation by the User or other users of the provisions of the User Agreement does not deprive the Contractor of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later.
  9. 9. Return of digital goods
    1. The goods purchased on this site are intangible and therefore cannot be physically returned, therefore the digital goods purchased are non-returnable.
    2. The reason for the return of funds spent on the purchase of a product may be an irreparable problem in the operation of this product.
    3. If a purchaser of a digital product claims that it is not working, the support service may require verification of this by requesting remote access to the computer on which the purchased digital product was installed.
